Selected Campaign Concepts

We do not publish client names, testimonials or sales figures. What we can show is how we think about a campaign before it exists.

Concepts

Three shapes a campaign commonly takes.

Each of these is a working structure rather than a finished piece of client work. The specifics change entirely with the artist.

Collection Promotion

Building attention around a new body of work

A phased campaign concept: quiet build-up from the studio, a defined release moment for the collection, then a sustained follow-through that keeps individual pieces circulating long after launch week.

Exhibition Campaign

A focused promotional push for an upcoming show

A campaign concept built backwards from an opening date — audience warming, invitation sequencing, opening-week visibility and a post-show plan for the contacts the exhibition brings in.

Artist Visibility

Strengthening an artist's digital presence and positioning

A concept for artists whose work outpaces their presence: sharpened positioning, a consistent visual and written voice, and a content rhythm that makes the practice legible to newcomers.

Why It Reads This Way

We would rather show reasoning than borrowed credibility.

Agency portfolios tend to be a wall of logos and round numbers, presented without the context that would make them meaningful. We have chosen not to do that. No invented statistics, no anonymised testimonials, no results attributed to work whose conditions we cannot describe.

What is here instead is the structure of our thinking — how a collection release is phased, how an exhibition campaign is timed backwards from an opening, how a scattered presence is brought into focus.

If you would like to talk through how one of these would apply to your own practice, a marketing review is the right place to start.

Working With Us

What we commit to, in place of promises we cannot keep.

No agency can guarantee sales, collectors or representation, and we will not pretend otherwise. These are the things we can actually hold ourselves to.

Your work is never rewritten

We build the promotion around your voice and your practice. Nothing goes out sounding like someone else.

You see the plan before anything runs

Every campaign is written down and agreed with you first. No surprise posts, no decisions made on your behalf.

Plain answers about what is working

If something is not landing, we say so and change it. You will not get a report designed to look impressive.

We work with what you already have

No forced website rebuild, no platform migration, no starting over. We build on the presence you have built.

Your images and information stay private

Nothing you share is published, reused or passed on without your written permission, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.

No guarantees, ever

We will not promise sales, collectors or gallery representation. We promise attention, strategy and honest effort.

As artists we work with give us permission, their words will appear here — attributed, real, and never rewritten by us.

Marketing Review

Not Sure Where Your Marketing Is Losing Momentum?

We will look through your current marketing presence — your platforms, your messaging and how your work is being presented — and send back a personalised, honest read on what is working and where attention is slipping away. No pressure, no pitch, no obligation.
