When you submit a marketing review request we collect the details you choose to enter: your name, email address, artist type, website or social links, and whatever you tell us about your practice and what you are promoting. We do not ask for payment details through this website.
Why we collect it
We use this information for one purpose: to prepare and send your marketing review, and to correspond with you about working together. We do not sell, rent or trade it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking to be added.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as they are useful to an ongoing or potential engagement. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing us, and we will do so promptly unless we are required to retain records for legal or accounting reasons.
Sharing
We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We use standard email and hosting providers to operate this practice, and your information may be processed by those providers solely in order to deliver our service to you.
Your work
Images, links and descriptions of your artwork remain yours. We will not publish, reproduce or use your work as a promotional example without your explicit written permission.
Your rights
You can ask to see what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will respond.
